1oz Blueberry Simple Syrup

8-10 Mint Sprig
Soda Water
Combine Blueberry Simple Syrup, Mint Sprigs, and Lime Wedges in small mixing tin, muddle ingredients, add Stroudwater Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, and ice, shake for 8-10 seconds, double strain into Collins glass, top with Soda Water, garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
